Jennifer Lopez hits the stage at Miami's American Airlines Arena to perform at the Viva Romance concert on Saturday. Following Lopez's performance, two announcers from Romance 106.7 radio station (the concert sponsor) presented the surprised pop star with a key to Miami. "I love you! Gracias, Miami!" Lopez yelled to fans as she left the stage.
