Elton John and husband David Furnish demonstrate how an equal partnership works before heading to John's 60th birthday concert at Madison Square Garden on Sunday. The singer, who was also celebrating his record-breaking 60th performance at the famed arena, told the crowd of 20,000 fans, "The only place I wanna be [on my birthday] is Madison Square Garden."
