Jennifer Aniston shares a sweet reunion with Jake Gyllenhaal backstage at Saturday's GLAAD Media Awards held at Hollywood's Kodak Theatre. Gyllenhaal, who made an unannounced appearance to present his former Good Girl costar with the night's top Vanguard award, told the crowd, "Everyone falls in love with Jennifer."
