After landing in Malawi on Monday, Madonna and daughter Lourdes, 10, tour the U.N. Millennium village in Mtanga. The pop star, who also brought along David, 1 (the son she is in the process of adopting), is in Africa to supervise the building of a children's health care center with her Raising Malawi organization.
