The religious civil engineering grad student was a T.A. at Virginia Tech, and was working towards a Masters degree in Water Resources. A fan of Led Zeppelin, the Detroit Tigers and fantasy baseball, Bluhm was remembered by friend Jo Young for his "Hokie spirit" and "of course your love for God."
