Mario Lopez and his former Dancing with the Stars partner Karina Smirnoff continue their romantic paso doble at the 4th annual Triumph for Teens Awards Gala in Beverly Hills on Wednesday. Hosted by Phoenix House, a nonprofit alcohol and drug abuse treatment center, the dinner celebrated the victories of young people over substance abuse.
