Wearing the latest in street-urchin fashion, Lindsay Lohan leaves Hollywood hot spot Parc Tuesday to continue the fun at Winston's, where she hooked up with Jamie-Lynn Sigler, Lance Bass and deejay pal Samantha Ronson. All this partying is leading up to Lohan's biggest bash yet, her 21st birthday in July, which she plans to milk with a blowout celebration in Vegas.
