Katherine Heigl delights her fans with an impromptu autograph session at the L.A. premiere of her comedy Knocked Up on Monday. Despite looking just peachy, Heigl fretted that her dress might cause a wardrobe malfunction. "I gotta make sure I keep my boobs tucked inside," she told PEOPLE. "Back off girls . . . It is not time to come out and play."
