Moments after presenting her mom Lynne with a letter in Valencia, Calif., on Thursday, Britney Spears grins for the paparazzi as she heads back to her car. According to TMZ.com, the letter asks Lynne to stay away from the singer's two children if she is taking any medications that might cause her to be impaired.
