Partners in crime Chris Tucker and Jackie Chan reunite on the red carpet for the L.A. premiere of their action film Rush Hour 3 at Grauman's Chinese Theatre Monday night. Tucker, who arrived with his mother Mary, told reporters that the film "gets better and better.
