It's smiles all around for Ugly Betty costars America Ferrera and Vanessa Williams, who share a celebratory moment at the Entertainment Tonight/PEOPLE post-Emmy bash at Walt Disney Concert Hall. "She's phenomenal," Williams told PEOPLE of her costar (and best actress in a comedy winner). "We're really proud of her. She deserves it."
