Kate Walsh comes bearing gifts (for herself!) after a Saturday afternoon of pampering at the Kate Somerville spa in West Hollywood. The Private Practice star rang in her 40th birthday later that night with a star-studded bash – guests included Justin Chambers and Sandra Oh – at Hollywood hot spot Parc.
