Annette Schneider of Greenwood, Ark., writes: "This is my Toy Yorkie, Emma Roo. Her middle name Roo comes from the way she runs – she hops like a kangaroo. She is the baby and loves to cuddle. This is her second Halloween and she is dressed as a Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz."
