The self-confessed "slave to fashion" continues to shun maternity wear even into her second trimester, donning a body-hugging Dolce and Gabbana corset dress for the film's Rome premiere. Just weeks earlier she revealed to PEOPLE, "It's a hard concept for me to fathom that I'm going to have to wear maternity clothes."
