Then: It was the show that launched a thousand sideburns. After its debut in 1990, this FOX saga about the oh-so-rich teens at fictional West Beverly High School set trends (chokers, anyone?) and turned Jason Priestley, Shannen Doherty and Luke Perry into instant stars.

Now: A spinoff of the series is in the works. Expect some familiar faces and names – some new West Beverly students will be relatives of the former Peach Pit crowd. And star Tori Spelling – whose dad Aaron produced the original – has already said she'd love to be in the remake.
