She name-dropped alt-country rocker Ryan Adams as an inspiration on her latest album, Wild Hope, but actress-singer Mandy Moore and Adams don't just share a musical connection: The pair (out and about in L.A. on May 12) have been dating on and off since March. And Moore is treading cautiously. "She's really into him but it takes her a long time to trust a guy," says a source close to her.
