Madonna causes a stir as she plays auctioneer for a Chanel handbag at the amfAR Cinema Against AIDS fund-raiser Wednesday in Cannes. The winning bid? 300,000 Euros – more than $471,000! – for the diamond-studded alligator bag, which she carried to the event. The Material Mom also auctioned off a private concert for a whopping 500,000 Euros – almost $789,000.
