The Crescent City – where the Jolie-Pitt brood relocated in early 2007 when Brad Pitt was filming The Curious Case of Benjamin Button – has become the family's adopted hometown. "It has an energy like no other place," the actor has said of New Orleans, where they own a $3.5 million home in the historic French Quarter. Pitt, an architecture buff, has put his efforts toward rebuilding the city post-Hurricane Katrina by raising funds for eco-friendly housing in ravaged neighborhoods.
