When Jennifer Lopez started training for the upcoming Malibu Triathlon, she was worried about the "killer" half-mile swim. "It's not something that was natural to me," she said recently. So, the new mom took it slow. At first, "she was swimming laps and touching the sides," says her trainer Gunnar Peterson. "Then we moved into open water.
