The bull-headed twin of season 5 reveals that life now is not a competition. "I am much more laid-back," he says. His diet these days? "I do not eat any processed or fast foods." Not only has he cut his food intake, he's also cut his TV watching! "I work out at least two hours six days a week." And what about those tempting snacks? "Instead of going after the candy bar, [I] grab an apple."
