Season 5
Weight lost: 80 lbs. (254 to 174 lbs.)
Motivated by her own Biggest Loser experience, Widder is currently working on a kids program to promote healthy lifestyles called SpikeFit at her local gym. "SpikeFit was [trainer] Jillian [Michaels's] nickname for me," says Widder, who is training for her first half-marathon in October. How does she stay motivated? "Find a workout you love," she says. "I get excited about going to spin [class] at 9 a.m. every Saturday."
