SLOW DOWN FOR A FAST

About every two years, Gabrielle Union undergoes a fasting period to "start fresh." After consulting with her doctor, the Cadillac Records actress recently committed to a four-day fast during which she signed up for a juice delivery service and treated herself to a spa wrap on her last day.
