Mixing business with pleasure seems to be working for the back-on-track pop star, who is dating her longtime agent. "He's the best thing that's happened to her," a source tells PEOPLE. Seen shopping with Spears in Santa Monica in June, Trawick also joined her and her two sons for a family trip to the Bahamas in May and has received an important stamp of approval: "Her dad loves him," says the source.
