In his first public appearance since announcing he has throat cancer, Michael Douglas makes a stop in New York at the Late Show with David Letterman studios on Tuesday to promote the long-awaited sequel, Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps. "It's a fight," the 65-year-old Oscar winner told PEOPLE.
