Like Chan, "RIP Kanye West" was a tenacious trending topic on Twitter after a report surfaced that West had died in a two-car accident. He hadn't, and then-girlfriend Amber Rose came to his defense, Tweeting, "This 'RIP Kanye West' topic is not funny and it's NOT TRUE!"
