MUM'S THE WORD
Lopez ditches her signature slinky outfits for a series of flowing gowns – and stays quiet about her pregnancy – during her and Anthony's 2007 El Cantante concert tour. She finally makes the big announcement at their Nov. 7 stop in Miami: "Marc and I are expecting a baby!" Later, she jokes about her pregnancy, saying, "I kind of feel like everybody knew anyway. I was on tour with a bubble gut!"
