"Some people have beachfront property, I have ghost-front property," the actor said of his former residence LaLaurie Mansion, which is said to be one of the most haunted homes in New Orleans and was once owned by a socialite who reportedly tortured slaves in the house. The actor, who's been plagued by financial troubles, sold the legendary home in 2009 for $2.3 million.
