Just weeks after the court defeat, tensions erupt over the Thanksgiving holiday, with Martinez and Aubry brawling outside Berry's Los Angeles home as Aubry drops off Nahla. Both men are treated at the hospital – Martinez for hand and neck injuries, Aubry for a broken rib and facial injuries – and Aubry is booked for investigation of battery and is slapped with an emergency protective order keeping him 100 yards away from Berry and Nahla. Days later, Berry and Aubry reach a truce in court.
