The media mogul, who was one of Obama's most influential supporters, trekked to the U.S. capital with her longtime partner to witness the president's inauguration on Jan. 20. "This is very, very personal," Winfrey said at a 2007 rally for the then-presidential candidate. "For the very first time in my life, I feel compelled to stand up and speak out for the man who I believe has a new vision for America."
