2. Olivia Wilde Is Not Impressed

After a bare-chested Bieber was photographed, Olivia Wilde complained March 1 on Twitter: "Bieber, put your f–cking shirt on. (unless you lost all your shirts in a fire in which case my condolences and please purchase a new shirt.)" That wasn't his only curious fashion statement: On Feb. 26 he stepped out in what appeared to be a bright yellow, stud-covered construction cap, purple diaper-shaped leopard pants and a beer can-themed sweatshirt.
