The romance begins to heat up for Julianne Hough, 24, and Ryan Seacrest, 38, who are spotted getting cozy all over Los Angeles in the summer of 2010, nearly three years before they announced their split on March 15. "They're perfect for each other," a source told PEOPLE in June. A month later, the freshly minted lovebirds take their relationship overseas to Italy, where they board their own personal love boat.
