Crime: On April 24, 1998, Wurst entered a banquet hall in Edinboro, Pennsylvania, and allegedly opened fire on Parker Middle School's eighth grade graduation dance, killing one and injuring three others.

Sentence: Wurst pled guilty to third-degree murder to avoid trial, and was convicted as an adult to 30 to 60 years in prison, serving time in a separate prison unit for young inmates until her turned 18, according to the Post Gazette.
