2007: LINDSAY LOHAN'S DOWNWARD SPIRAL

Eleven days after completing a 46-day stint in rehab, Lindsay Lohan was arrested and charged with a DUI, driving with a suspended license and cocaine possession after chasing Michelle Peck, the mother of one of her assistants, through the streets of L.A. Lohan eventually pleaded guilty to the charges and was sentenced to community service, alcohol education and three years probation. She eventually served 84 minutes in jail.
