Vaughn isn't afraid to suffer for his comedy. While filming Dodgeball, in which he plays the owner of a failing gym who competes in a dodgeball tournament against a fitness-club tycoon (Ben Stiller), Vaughn "took a few (balls) to the head," he admitted to Entertainment Weekly. That's gotta hurt.
