Toni Braxton has never been shy about showing off her toned body with ultra-revealing outfits. Unfortunately, she didn't put as much care into her hair in 1997: Her slicked-back tresses look oilier than the Exxon Valdez. All was not lost, though – Braxton emerged a double winner, earning an award for best female pop vocal performance for "Un-Break My Heart." and for best female R&B vocal performance for "You're Makin' Me High."
