Angie Harmon was a frilly fashion plate at the 2001 SAG Awards, where she shined in a form-fitting, flamenco-inspired Oscar de la Renta skirt and ruffled, white halter top. Harmon was all aglow about her classy but sassy look that night: "I was dancing around the room. I just loved it," she told PEOPLE.
