Wilson Phillips is definitely expanding their act. The newly reunited pop trio – (from left) Carnie Wilson, Chynna Phillips and a very pregnant Wendy Wilson – hold a free concert Tuesday at the Santa Monica Pier to celebrate the release of California, their first new album since 1992.
