After scoping out 10 rings (and taking two for test runs), the heiress finally has her rock – all 23-plus carats of it. Hilton, 24, had trouble picking a sparkler after accepting a proposal from boyfriend Paris Latsis, 22, in May, but she finally chose a white-diamond piece from a private dealer and designer. "The ring is beautiful," says a source, "and she's happy."
