In 2001, Berry married R&B singer Eric Benet and later adopted his daughter, India, now 12. Though she supported Benet (in 2003) through a so-called sex addiction, for which he sought treatment, Berry eventually sought a divorce in April 2004. Benet recently denied he was a sex addict on Primetime Live and said he'd withdrawn a spousal support request. As for Berry, "I will never marry again," she told Oprah Winfrey in May.
