BEST REASON TO WATCH MTV
Jay-Z and Beyoncé could be crowned the First Couple of MTV when the Video Music Awards air live Aug. 29 from Miami. The "99 Problems" rapper received the most nominations with six on July 27, while his gal nabbed five, for "Naughty Girl" and "Me Myself and I." Also getting five nods: No Doubt ("It's My Life"), OutKast ("Hey Ya!") and Usher ("Yeah!" and "Burn").
