Actress Sandra Bullock is locked in a legal battle with Austin developer and architect M.B. "Benny" Daneshjou over her lakefront home. Daneshjou sued Bullock in June, claiming she owes him money for the house, which he designed and built. The Speed star countersued, saying his work was shoddy and required substantial repairs. An architect testified Sept. 7 that the house has mold, leaky windows and doors, extensive rot, insect infestation and a host of other problems.
