The success Bill Clinton was enjoying around his memoir, My Life (which has sold almost 2 million copies since its June 22 release), was cut short Sept. 3 when he went to Northern Westchester Hospital near his Chappaqua, N.Y., home complaining of fatigue and chest pains.
