Ferlito, who plays investigator Aiden Burn on CSI: NY, is a native New Yorker, so walking as a form of exercise is second nature. Now that she's based in Los Angeles, she also hikes and rides her bike to stay in shape. But Ferlito, 26, also swears by drinking plenty of water and getting ample sleep (8 hours a night) to feel and look good.
