Grimes, 33, who played loyal best friend Will to Scott Wolf's Bailey, still dwells in TV land: The father of two (daughter Madison, 5, and son Jackson Richard, 3, with wife Dawn) has had a recurring role as ER's resident slacker, Dr. Archie Morris, since last season.
