LOUDEST DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE
Britney Spears is all grown up: The new Mrs. Federline plunked down $7 million for a 9,000-sq.-ft. Malibu pad to share with husband Kevin, complete with a spa, tennis court and outdoor kitchen. Then, on Oct. 7, the pop diva announced her split with manager Larry Rudolph, who had overseen the singer's career since she was 13. Rudolph, who said there was no ill will between the two, told PEOPLE her move was a "declaration of independence."
