Emerging briefly from a coma, Rodney Dangerfield, 82, said goodbye to his family with a smile before dying on Oct. 5 in Los Angeles. The comedian, who was known for his self-effacing schtick ("I can't get no respect") and movies such as 1980's Caddyshack (left), had recently undergone heart surgery. Two days prior, Hollywood lost another legend, Janet Leigh, 77, most famous for her chillingly fatal shower scene in 1960's Psycho. Leigh, mother to actress Jamie Lee Curtis, had suffered from an inflammation of the blood vessels.
