Charmed star Alyssa Milano conjures up some coins to kick off UNICEF's annual Trick-or-Treat charity drive in New York City on Tuesday. Milano is the program's 2004 spokesperson and, like Angelina Jolie, is an ambassador for the humanitarian foundation.
