Although she gets her glam on for glitzy events like the Emmys (in September), Teri Hatcher, who plays single mom Susan Mayer on Housewives, is a self-avowed homebody. "I throw good parties because I'm detail-oriented," says the actress (who turns 40 on Dec. 8). "Scrubbing, cleaning all works for me. You can get to a very Zen place while doing housework."
