Shock jock Howard Stern took aim at Federal Communications Commission Chairman Michael Powell (far left) on Oct. 26 and ended up drawing fire from a higher power: Powell's dad, Secretary of State Colin Powell. After Stern called in to a San Francisco radio show and accused the junior Powell of benefiting from nepotism, the elder Powell pointed out that his son had been serving longer than he had been in the Cabinet: "For all I know, he might have had some influence in getting me (my job)."
