He's been linked to Mandy Moore, but the 29-year-old Scrubs star who earned critical acclaim for his movie Garden State has a love the gossip columns can't touch: Rascal. "He's a little terrier mutt that I got when I was walking down Melrose (Avenue) and someone had him in a box," says Braff, who plays the goofy yet endearing Dr. J.D. Dorian on the NBC sitcom. "He was just a little puppy, the size of my fist. No way was I gonna let him go home in that cardboard box."
